Book the Wicket is an online platform that helps cricket ground owners list and manage their grounds, and lets team captains discover available ground slots and book them. The ground fee is paid by the captain directly to the ground owner via UPI; the Platform does not collect, hold, or route the ground fee on the owner's behalf. The owner independently verifies receipt of payment and confirms the booking.
Ground owners are responsible for the accuracy of their ground details, fees, availability, and for honouring confirmed bookings. The Platform is not the owner or operator of any ground.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You agree not to misuse the Platform, make fraudulent bookings, or attempt to disrupt the service.
The Platform acts as a facilitator. We are not liable for the condition of any ground, disputes between captains and owners, or losses arising from cancelled or disrupted matches, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
